To switch to another subscription, simply do an UPGRADE.
The equivalent of the new subscription will be calculated by subtracting the remaining credit of the old subscription, checking the writing:
TERMS: …. (proration) …
The start date of your new subscription is the date you upgrade. Your old subscription will be automatically cancelled.
